How do I pay the booking fee and final payment? Cash app & Zelle for the booking fee. Cash or Zelle for final payment. Due upon arrival of services.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies? No, we arrive with everything needed to complete the service.
Is there an additional fee for pets? Yes, there is an additional pet fee for pet hair clean up. (All pets must be secured during the cleaning) We do not clean up pet feces and urine.
Does someone have to be home during the service? At this time, we are requesting that no one is home during the time of service due to COVID. You are welcome to be present upon arrival and during the walkthrough. (Until further notice)
Can I book now and pay the booking fee later? No. Upon booking, you have 30 minutes to send the booking fee to avoid cancellation.
What should I do before you arrive? We ask that totes or baskets are provided for toys and clothes. Since we do not offer dish washing services, we ask that your dishes are cleaned prior to your appt or loaded in the dishwasher.
Do I need a deep clean? If you haven’t had a deep clean within the last 60 days, it is highly recommend. Initial and first time customers are recommended to book a deep clean.
